We have two boys- Jamey and Ryne.  Jamey is married and has two boys, Quenten and Braxton, his wife’s name is Jodi.  They live in Kansas City, Kansas.  Ryne is working at Yellow Book at present and is planning on enrolling in college soon.

We have been married 35 years.

OCCUPATION:  Steve is employed at Rockwell and contemplates retiring in early spring 2008.

Nancy is an assistant teacher at Lovely Lane Preschool; she is beginning her second semester there.  She previously worked as an office assistant with Contract Exchange Corp. 

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:  Steve enjoys working out, kayaking (recent interest), and camping.  Nancy’s hobbies include cooking, sewing, quilting, knitting, dancing, walking/ training her dogs.  We both enjoy wine, camping, riding bicycles and watching movies. 

Nancy is a volunteer at the Cedar Rapids Animal Shelter. 

WHEN DID YOU JOIN COUNTRY FRIENDS DANCE CLUB? We joined the club in April 2006  

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED DANCING?  Nancy took line dance lessons through Kirkwood several years ago, and went to the Country Club on Wednesday nights (occasionally) to practice and take additional lessons.  She was having such a good time that Steve decided to learn some dances. 

OTHER INFORMATION YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE:

We have three Chihuahua’s- Muffin, Taffy and Pepe.  Pepe was acquired from the Animal Shelter.  Muffin and Taffy are both under two years old and require a lot of attention and training.
